Lover Killed Minor Girl – Police Cracked Mysterious Case
Cyberabad and Sangareddy Police have cracked the sensational and mysterious murder case of Miss Chandini Jain within a short period of three days and apprehended the Juvenile in conflict with law (JCL) who is aged about 17 years and R/o Pragathi Enclave, Miyapur, an intermediate student.
Cyberabad Commissioner Sandeep Shandilya and Sangareddy SP Chandrashekar Reddy briefed case details to Media Persons in Cyberabad Commissionarate Conference Hall. Joint CP Shanwaz Khasim, DCP Vishwa Prasad, Crime DCP Janaki Sharmila also participated in Press Coneference. On Sunday, 10th September at 0200 hours a kidnap case was registered in Miyapur PS on the complaint of Miss Niveditha Jain, age: 20 years, who reported that her sister by name Kum. Chandini Jain, aged 17 years studying 12th standard at Silver Oaks College, Bachupally left home at 5Pm on 9 september and did not return home. As the missing girl is a minor, Miyapur Police registered a case of kidnaping and immediately took up investigation. The SI Appa Rao investigated the case under the guidance of Inspector Harischchandra Reddy. Police formed search teams to locate the girl. They have secured the presence of all her friends, classmates, schoolmates and relatives and thoroughly enquired about the missing girl and her whereabouts. The teams also visited various suspected locations and collected the mobile, social media and other technical data.
On the night of 12 September Ameenpur police received information that one female dead body found at an isolated place on the outskirts of Ameenpur village. Immediately police rushed to the spot and passed on the information to all neighbouring police stations. The Ameenpur police of Sangareddy District registered a case u/s 302 IPC. The Miyapur police visited the scene and identified the deceased as Chandini Jain. Both the cases of kidnap and murder have been jointly investigated by Miyapur Police of Cyberabad and Ameenpur Police of Sangareddy district. After collecting all technical inputs and their analysis it came to light that one male person got down from an auto along with the deceased at Madhavapuri Hills under Ameenpur PS limits and proceeded towards the scene of offence on the evening of 9th September at 1728 hours. Later the above person was identified as the JCL who was the classmate of deceased at Silver Oaks School during her school education. The deceased kumari Chandini Jain was a close friend and classmate of the JCL. He joined DRS College, Kompally whereas Chandini Jain continued her intermediate in the sasme school i.e. Silver Oaks. Because of their acquaintance and close relationship, the deceased has been pressurizing the JCL to continue the same friendship. The JCL suspected that she is also moving closely with two other boys. Hence, he dis-continued his relationship with her. But the deceased has been insisting the JCL to continue the relationship. As the deceased has been forcing him regularly, both of them decided to sort out their problem. Accordingly on 9th September at about 1700 hours the JCL came to Deepthisri Nagar cross roads, picked up the deceased, both of them boarded an auto and went towards Madhavapuri Hills at Ameenpur where the deceased picked up quarrel with the JCL regarding the relationship. During the heated discussion, the deceased slapped him and also threatened to commit suicide. On which the JCL became wild, laid her down, gave fist blows and throttled her to death. Later he dragged the dead body to the cliff and made his good escape. On the way he threw the cell phone of the deceased into a pond. With all Evident Clues Police finally apprehended the JCL, in the process of investigation it revealed the motto behind murder.
